LRK Fabrication successfully delivered a fully automated modular plating line for a mid-scale electroplating facility. The project included end-to-end design, fabrication, and turnkey installation of custom polypropylene tanks, structural steel supports, hoist systems, and chemical handling components. The line was engineered to optimize floor space while supporting multiple plating processes with precise temperature and chemical control. From initial layout planning to on-site commissioning, the system was installed to ensure high throughput, operator safety, and long-term corrosion resistance.

Custom Fiberglass Chemical Processing Line – Turnkey Execution

For an industrial client handling aggressive chemicals, RK Fabrication designed and executed a complete fiberglass-based chemical processing line on a turnkey basis. The scope covered fabrication of FRP tanks, ducting, scrubber connections, and integrated piping systems, followed by on-site installation and testing. Special attention was given to ventilation, leak prevention, and compliance with industrial safety standards. The completed system provided enhanced durability, reduced maintenance requirements, and seamless integration with the client’s existing operations.
